The review runs locally. If you choose to continue, a copy stays on that browser for 24 hours while you sign up and finish company setup. You can delete the saved copy in the app. In the app, checking matches sends customer names, emails and phones to your company. Selected source rows are saved when you confirm import.
No customer data is placed in signup links. The tool does not change your old software, send invoices or charge customers.
What can I try today?
Review CSV and TSV exports, then import customers with contact details, notes and a service property after signup. Check existing matches before saving. Optionally bring over unpaid or partially paid USD invoices and active estimates. Check the original balances and customer matches first; invoices need payment setup. Estimates become drafts for review, with the source price and scope. Save all exported source history after signup, including paid invoices, payments, closed jobs, requests, properties, catalog and people records. Browse original fields and source relationships without replaying payments or creating new agreements. Source formats need validation; selecting a provider does not guarantee every export layout.
What about Excel and PDF files?
For this review, save each Excel sheet as CSV. Keep your PDF originals; past-estimate PDF import is a separate reviewed workflow available after account setup.
My trial accounts have no data. Can I still try it?
Yes. Use the tool’s labelled sample data to see the flow. A small genuine export will help validate your source format when you’re ready.
Will it follow me to another device?
The saved review stays on the browser where you tried the tool. Download your review and keep the original exports if you’ll continue elsewhere.
