Read saved history
Saved provider records are retained without requesting new QuickBooks data.
- Open Invoices or the job Billing tab.
- Open the saved QuickBooks record.
- Review its original company, invoice identity, last-confirmed balance and checked time.
Unknown export results
An original dispatched export may already exist in QuickBooks even if its result was never confirmed. BidPilot preserves its operation and payload, blocks retries and keeps its billing ownership. Do not create a replacement invoice from an unknown outcome.
Balances are historical
The connection no longer checks or imports provider changes. A last-confirmed balance does not prove a dated payment or current unpaid total. Native invoices and company finance have separate verified source records.
