What counts as an estimate

A newly created AI estimate uses one estimate from the plan allowance.

What does not use another credit

Every AI follow-up message inside an estimate is included once its credit is spent — there is no separate follow-up limit. Manual edits and proposal revisions are unlimited. A new estimate uses its own credit.

Shared Team allowances

Team estimate allowances are shared across the included estimator logins.

Where owners see usage

Only owners can see company credits and spending details.

1. Open Settings and Billing.
2. Review the plan allowance and available estimate count.
3. Treat a newly created AI estimate as one credit.
4. Send as many AI follow-ups as you need on that estimate, or edit it manually.
5. Start a new estimate only when the work is genuinely a different job.
6. Note that only owners can view company credits and spending.
