Choose the import path

Use tabular import for organized price lists. Use the materials import when extracting useful items from receipts or past estimates.

Review extracted rows

Check every description, unit, cost, and selling price. Remove rows that do not belong in the reusable company book.

Set entry types

Entry types help BidPilot distinguish labor, material, equipment, and other pricing references.

Confirm the import

Nothing should enter the shared book until the preview looks right.

1. Open Pricing Book.
2. Select Import prices.
3. Choose paste or upload for tabular data, or Import into materials for receipts and past estimates.
4. Review descriptions, units, costs, prices, and entry types.
5. Confirm only the rows that belong in the company pricing book.
