Review outcomes and costs together
Reports combines estimate outcomes and recorded project spending, including projects without estimates. View analytics opens the broader business view when your access permits it.
- Open Reports.
- Filter by Created from, Created through, Project, Customer, or Outcome.
- Choose a Cost view when needed.
- Review project rows and expand Cost details.
- Select Export CSV to export matching rows.
Understand the date filter
Dates select projects by creation date. Outcomes are current, and costs include all recorded spending for selected projects. The CSV includes every matching row, including rows beyond the current page.
Check coverage
Review missing budgets, incomplete prices, other currencies, and unpriced time before interpreting totals. Estimate value is not collected revenue, and remaining budget is not final profit. Clear filters starts a new comparison; use the displayed retry action if records cannot load.
