When job progress is available
For an estimate-backed job, marking the estimate Won or receiving customer acceptance prepares the job. Owners and managers can change its stage in Job & crew. If the job is still being prepared, use Refresh.
Save a new stage
Choose the stage that describes the work now. Completion and cancellation open additional reviews.
- Open the job and select Job & crew.
- Find Job progress.
- Choose a Job stage and select Save stage.
- Complete the evidence or consequence review if one opens.
- Check the saved stage shown on the page.
Understand separate statuses
Completed records that work is finished; it does not record payment. Cancellation retains the agreement, costs, invoices, and history. Review consequences for tasks and bookings before confirming. If the estimate is no longer Won, progress is paused while job history is retained.
